衡阳县农村社区居民卫生服务需求与利用调查

Investigation of Demands and Utilization of Community Health Service of Rural Residents in Hengyang County

目的了解衡阳县农村社区居民卫生服务的需求及利用的基本情况和特点。方法采用多阶抽样方法,从全县26个乡镇893个行政村(居委会)中随机抽取600户,年龄≥15岁的农村社区居民进行入户调查。结果被调查人群的两周患病率为13.39%,慢性病患病率为11.69%,两周就诊率为12.05%,应就诊而未就诊率为30.81%,社区卫生服务站的利用率为40.16%,对社区卫生服务总的满意度为78.81%。结论衡阳县需要不断完善农村社区卫生服务的相关政策,加大社区卫生服务站的投入,满足农村居民的医疗需求,提高社区卫生服务的利用率。

Objective To study the Status and the characteristics of health demands and utilization of health services of residents of rural community in Hengyang County. Methods By using multistage sampling method, 1925 dwellers more that 15 years old were interviewed at their home with questionnaires. Results The prevalence rate within two weeks of the dwellers in rural areas of Hengyang County was 13.39%,and the prevalence rate of chronic non-infectious diseases was 11.69%. The visit rate within two weeks of the investigated dwellers was 12.05%,the non-visit rate within two weeks was 30.81%.The rate of utilization of community health service／station was 40.16%. The total satisfactory rate of the dwellers was 78.81%. Conclusion It shows a low utilization rate of community health service station in Hengyang county. Construction of community health service station should be enhanced to meet health demands of rural residents and increase the utilization rate of community health service station.
