美卡素联合氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

Micardis Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in Treatment of Essential Hypertension:An Observation of Curative Efficacy

目的观察美卡素(替米沙坦)与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法75例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,患者每日服用80mg美卡素及12.5mg氢氯噻嗪,对照组35例,患者每日服用美卡素80mg,试验共8周。结果(1)与治疗前相比,治疗组及对照组患者血压均有下降,但联合治疗组疗效更显著,总有效率达95%,而对照组总有效率为88.5%,两组间比较有显著性差异。(2)不良反应:治疗前后两组间血糖、血脂、尿酸等比较均无显著性差异。结论美卡素与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗原发性高血压病疗效显著,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the curative efficacy of micardis（telmisartan）plus hydrochlorothiazide for essential hypertension.Methods Seventy-five cases of essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（35 cases）. The treatment group was treated with 80rag telmisartan plus 12.Smg hydrochlorothiazide daily for 8 weeks,and the control group was treated with 80rag telmisartan alone daily for 8 weeks. Results The systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were improved in both groups after 8-week therapy compared with pre-therapy,and however,the treatment group showed more significant improvement than the control group,with the total effective rate of the treatment group being 95% and that of the control group being 88.5%. There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose（FBG）, triglycerides （TG） and total cholesterol（TC ） between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion Tehnisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide is effective and safe in the treatment of esential hypertension.
