管理好员工队伍情绪,使之保持高昂的士气,是企业管理者的重要任务。当前企业要高度重视员工情绪管理,建立起强有力的组织管理体系,建立畅通的信息传导机制,加强对员工的人文关怀,以及拓展员工职业发展空间,维护和实现员工根本利益等,都是十分重要的。
