企业的可持续发展离不开激发"人"这一生产力中最活跃也最具决定性的因素。实行情感管理是企业管理的一种重要模式,能够使员工达到情感上的共鸣,培育和谐人际关系,使员工保持良好心态,促进企业的持续健康发展。
The sustainable development of enterprises can not be separated from inspiring "person", the most active and decisive factor of productivity. The implementation of emotion management is an important model of enterprise management, which enables staff to achieve the emotional resonance, cultivating close interpersonal relationships, so that employees can maintain a good attitude to promote the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
