Quality analysis of 94 clinical trial papers about the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of cancer pain

目的评价中医药治疗癌痛临床试验文献的质量。方法计算机检索中医药治疗癌痛的临床试验文献,并参考《中医药临床随机对照试验报告规范》的要求,对文献质量进行描述性分析。结果纳入94篇随机对照试验文献,存在一些必要信息表述不足如诊断、纳入及排除标准不清晰,随机方法及盲法应用的缺失,统计方法描述不详细以及不良反应和随访重视不足等问题。结论中医药治疗癌痛临床试验文献质量还不够高,需要进一步改进和提高。

Object Appraising the quality of clinical trials literature about the Chinese medicine treating the cancer pain. Method Searching the clinical trial papers of traditional Chinese medicine trea- ting the cancer pain, and refering to CONSORT for TCM to collect the information of these papers to analy- sis the quality. Result A total of 94 randomized controlled trial papers, some of these statements lack the necessary information such as diagnosis Criteria, inclution criteria and exclusion criteria, the lack of ran- dom selection and blind application, the statistical method description not in detail as well as lack of ad- verse reactions and follow-up attention and so on. Conclusion The quality of clinical trials papers about the Chinese medicine treating the cancer pain is not good enough, and needing further enhancement and improvement.
