地铁是市民出行的主要交通工具之一,地铁运营工作的重中之重是要确保乘客的生命和财产安全。随着天津地铁网络化运营的推进,各种突发事件发生的概率也随之增大,如何应对突发事件,是地铁运营工作面临的重大课题。此文从地铁突发事件成因的分析入手,详细探讨地铁突发事件的构成元素和应对技能,并结合工作实际对如何培养处理地铁突发事件技能进行全面的阐释。
As one of main transportation means, the most important work in metro operations is how to safeguard passengers＇life safety and property safety. Along with advancement of Tianjin＇s metro networks, chances of emergent events will become larger. How to cope with emergent events becomes a major subject faced by metro operations. This article, starting with analyses of causes of emergent events, detailedly explores constituent elements and coping - skills of metro emergent events.
