社区高血压病例规范化管理的效果分析

Standardized Management of Hypertensive Patients in Communities

目的通过对社区高血压病例规范化管理工作效果分析,为持续有效开展管理工作提供依据。方法回顾性研究2007年7—12月纳入社区高血压病例管理的389例高血压患者的管理效果,将这些患者分为规范化管理组和非规范化管理组,比较两组的血压控制率、药物依从性、相关知识正确率等情况。结果高血压病例规范化管理率为85.35%;在规范化管理组中,血压控制率85.84%、药物依从率99.70%、患者相关知识正确率等均在70%以上。结论社区高血压病例规范化管理工作对有效控制高血压患者的血压作用明显,但应加强患者的依从性,提高规范化管理率。

Objeelive To provide a basis for continuous development of community management of hypertensive patients through analyzing the effect of standardized community management of hypertensive patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the management effect of 389 hypertensive patients internalized into standardized community management from July to December of 2007. The patients were divided randomly into groups standardized management （ SM group） and nonstandardized management （NSM group）. BP control rate, drug compliance and correct rate of patients＇ related knowledge were compared between 2 groups. Results The standardized management rate of hypertensive patients was 85 35% ; In SM group, BP control rate was 85 84%, drug compliance 99 70% ; correct rate of patients＇ related knowledge over 70%. Conclusion Standardized community management is of obvious effect on BP control in hypertensive patients.
