中药有效成分对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展

Progress in Protective Effects of Active Constituents in Chinese Herbs on Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injury

目的综述有关中药有效成分对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展。方法对近8年来国内外期刊中有关文献进行检索和综述。按照中药有效成分的结构类型对其化学成分进行分类,并总结其对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用机制。结果部分中药中的有效成分对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,主要有皂苷类、黄酮类、有机酸及酚类、生物碱类和萜类等化合物。结论中药中有效成分具有多种生物活性,其中部分有效成分对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用显著,开发应用前景广阔。

Objective To review the studies on the protective effects of active constituents in Chinese herbs on cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury. Methods This paper reviewes the active constituents of Chinese herbs on the basis of related references in 8 years. The active constituents are classified according to their structural types; their pharmacological protective effects are also summarized. Results Some kinds of active constituents in Chinese herbs have the protective effects on cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury, primarily including saponins, flavonoids, organic acids and phenolic compounds, alkaloids, terpenes, etc. Conclusion Many active constituents of Chinese herbs have many kinds of biological activities. Some kinds of them can protect the cerebral ischenfia - reperfusion injury remarkably, it should be a foundation for further researching and utilizing to these active constituents.
