一氧化氮在肺感染中损伤作用机制探讨

摘要 观察40例肺感染患者血中一氧化氮(NO)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平变化,并与30例正常人进行对比,同时对治疗后的18例患者各指标的变化进行了观察。结果显示:患者血清NO及TNF、MDA水平较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),SOD则显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后较治疗前血清NO、TNF及MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),而SOD活性则显著回升(P<0.01)。提示:NO及其相关指标在肺感染中起着重要的病理作用。 The levels of serum nitric oxide(NO), tumor necrosis factor(TNF) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondiadehyde(MDA)were studied in 40 patients with pulmonary infection,and the data were compared with 30 normal subjects. The indexes were observed further in 18 patients after treatment. The results showed that:(l)in patient group, the levels of serum NO,TNF and MDA were significantly higher and SOD was obviously lower than those in control group(F<0.01); (2)after treatment, the levels of serum NO,TNF and MDA decreased significantly(P<0.05),and SOD rised markedly(P< 0.01)than before treatment. These indicated that NO and its related indexes had important pathological roles in pulmonary infection.
