Looking forward the year 2010

刚入虎年，我国僵持多年的三网融合就取得了实质性进展。1月13日，国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议，决定加快推进三网融合，明确提出推进三网融合的重点工作和阶段性目标。

A great rebound of world economy makes the year 2010 full of hope. Meanwhile,more and more countries and regions recognized that the telecommunication sector has become to take the lead in economic recovery and rebuilding the long-term competitiveness.In the year 2010,what will take on in the development of information and communication sector,and what will catch people's eyes? To forecast future needs sharp eyes,deep accumulation and enough courage. We invited eight experts form CATR of MIIT to assess and predict the development situation of the year 2010.From a global perspective,the experts share their views and opinions from eight fields respectively,including development of the sector,3G and broadband wireless mobile,Internet,NGN, telecommunications regulation,laws and rules,industry markets as well as network and information security.In addition,we also selectively published views and outlooks from some of the world-renowned enterprises,which also illustrate their plans to give full play to the advantages and create new opportunities.
