糖尿病性周围神经病92例电生理分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)神经电生理变化。方法对92例2型糖尿病患者的运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)进行分析。结果神经传导速度(NCV)异常者67例(72.8%),SCV的异常率(64.9%)高于MCV(51.9%);下肢NCV的异常率(61.6%)高于上肢异常率(54.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时提示周围神经病病变程度与糖尿病病程有关。结论神经电生理的检测对糖尿病性周围神经病有较高的诊断率,可作为糖尿病患者常规检查项目之一。 Objectives To explore the changes of nerve electroneurophysiological changes in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods MCV,SCV,and SNAP were detected in 92 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus,and was analyzed.Results There were 67 patients with abnormal SCV,and the abnormal rate of lower limb NCV was higher than that of upper limb;the differences had statistics significance(P〈0.01).At the same time,The correlation was noted between the severity of peripheral never conduction and the course of disease.Conclusions The detection of nerve electroneurophysiology had a higher diagnosis rate on patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,which could be one of regular inspection items.
