摘要
合成了不同反应物浓度的间苯二酚-噁唑烷鞣性模块(Tanning Matrix,TM),确定了产生TM沉淀的反应物临界浓度。研究了不同反应物浓度合成TM的鞣性及其溶解性,通过成革收缩温度(Ts)的测定考察分散剂、机械作用、温度对TM鞣制浸酸绵羊皮块的影响,并讨论了间苯二酚-噁唑烷结合鞣提高Ts的机理。结果显示:TM反应物沉淀的临界浓度为0.01mol/L;合成的TM难溶于水和有机溶剂;0.5mol/L间苯二酚和0.1mol/L噁唑烷合成的TM鞣制效果最好,收缩温度能达到75.9℃;改变鞣制条件对Ts有影响,其中鞣制温度影响最大,最佳鞣制条件下成革Ts为78.9℃。
Through the synthesis of different concentration of resorcino-oxazolidine Tanning Matrix(TM), the critical deposition concentration was determined. The tanning performance and solubility of TM with different concentration has been researched. In order to study the effect of dispersing agent, mechanical action and temperature on TM tanning performance, the shrinkage temperature of leather has been determined. The mechanism of resorcino-oxazolidine combination tanning was also discussed. The results show that the critical deposition concentration of TM reagents is 0.01 mol/L and the synthesized TM has a poor solubility in water and organic solvents under room temperature. TM synthesized with 0.5 mol/L resoreinol and 0.1 mol/L oxazolidine can bring the best hydrothermal stability with Ts 75.9 ℃. The different tanning conditions can influence the shrinkage temperature of tanned leather, and the temperature would influence the shrinkage temperature obviously. The shrinkage temperature of leather can achieve 78.9 ℃ under optical tanning conditions.
