Rebuilding Doctor-patient Trust in the Rational Interest Situation

当今医患冲突已成为社会关注的焦点,多数医疗纠纷源于医患双方缺乏信任,以自我为中心,过分强调经济利益,缺少人文关怀。重建医患信任,有赖于强化政府责任,为调节与平衡医患利益提供合理的框架。在今后的深化改革中,必须贯彻以人为本的指导思想,加大政府的投入,围绕公正目标,建立覆盖全民的医疗保障体制。

Nowadays doctor-patient conflicts have been a focus problem, the most medical disputes in medical service come from that both the doctors and patients lack sincerity and humane care, they all regard themselves as the center, emphasize the economic benefits excessi- vely. To reconstruct the trust between patients and doctors, the government must provide a reasonable frame to adjust and balance the benefit. In future indepth reform, the goal of medicine must be emphasized, the humanitarian thoughts must be practiced, the input from government should be increased. A health care system which nrovides universal coverage must be established according to the goal of justice.
