武汉市区妇幼保健机构与社区卫生服务机构分工合作的障碍与对策分析

The Study on the Obstacles and Countermeasures of Division and Cooperation of Works in Maternal and Child Health Care Institution and Community Health Service Institution

构建合理的区妇幼保健机构和社区卫生服务机构妇幼保健工作分工合作方案,不断完善形成长效机制,对明确两级机构的妇幼保健工作职责,充分发挥妇幼保健职能,满足人民日益增长的妇幼保健需求具有十分重要的意义。通过文献资料分析、问卷调查和相关人员访谈,对武汉市区妇幼保健机构和社区卫生服务机构妇幼保健工作分工合作的薄弱环节进行系统分析,并提出完善两者分工合作的策略。

To constitute a rational cooperation scheme for maternal and child health eare（MCH） hospitals at district level and community health care institutions,and improve it to be a continual mechanism is meaningful for clearly definite and fulfill the MCH responsibility at different level to meet the increasingly needs for the MCH. In this paper, document review, questionnaire and in-depth interview were adopted to analyze the weakness in the division and cooperation between the MCH institutions at district level and community level,and promote some suggestions on improving the MCH works.
