The Stakeholder Analysis of Feasibility of Multi-site Physician Practice in Public Hospital in China

目的:探析注册医师多点执业各利益集团及其相互作用,分析现阶段注册医师多点执业的可行性。方法:采用利益相关集团分析方法,分析各利益集团的利益、资源、能力、立场。结果:公立医院和政府是关键利益方,两者动用资源的能力最强,公立医院对注册医师多点执业持反对态度,政府持支持态度。结论:注册医师多点执业现阶段是否可行,需要政府和医院进行博弈,政府应发挥主导作用。

Objective：To explore the feasibility of public hospital doctors registered to practice multi-site. Methods：The stakeholder analysis was applied to define the interest, resources, abilities and position of several groups. Results：Public hospitals and the government are the key stakeholders, which were of the strongest ability to mobilize resources. But public hospitals were more negative attitude to registered doctors to practice multi-site, while the government supported for it. Conclusion：The feasibility of registered doctors to practice multi-site at this stage need the government and the hospital game, the government should play a leading role.
