构建和谐医患关系的制度建设探讨

Discussion on Building a Harmonious System of Physician-patient Relationship

医患关系的相关利益主体中,医生和患者是利益直接冲突的双方,医院和政府则是利益关系的主导者。近年来,医疗纠纷大幅上升,医患矛盾已经成为"构建和谐社会"的不协调因素,是目前社会关注的焦点问题。造成医患之间利益冲突的主要原因是:医疗资源分配不均衡;政府对医疗卫生事业投入严重不足;医疗保障体系不完善等。要解决医患矛盾,构建和谐社会,必须加大政府投入,健全医疗保障体制。

The main stakeholders of the physician-patient relationship, doctors and patients is a direct conflict between the interests of both sides, while the hospitals and government is the interest of the leader. In the recent years, the rate of the law suit of physician-patient rela- tionship was increasing, the relationship of doctors and patients is becoming a very unsteable factors in the period of ＂constucting a harmony society＂. The reason of that meanly including：the unbalanced arrangement of medical resources; the lack of input by the government in the hea- lth affairs; the medical sercurity system is not perfect yet. In order to solve the problems which above and build a harmony society, we should increase the investigation by government and perfect the medical sercurity system.
