群体危机状态下大学生的心理问题探析

Psychological Problems in College Students under Group Crisis

目的:探讨在群体危机状态下大学生的心理问题。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取杭州某高校450名学生作为调查对象,利用自制问卷调查甲型H1N1流感流行时期大学生的心理状态。结果:收回有效问卷400份,有61.3%的大学生对"甲流"给予积极关注和了解。73.2%的学生面对"甲流"内心平静,有59.1%的学生觉得自己不会轻易染上"甲流",40.7%的学生不愿陪伴生病同学去医院看病,11.8%的学生不愿意被隔离,25.8%的学生觉得回家安全,有73.8%的学生认为应该服从学校统一安排。结论:大学生在群体危机状态下容易出现焦虑和抑郁的状态,学校应积极采取有效的心理干预措施。

Objective：To enplore psychological problems of undergraduate who were in community crisis. Methods：A stratified cluster random sample of 450 students in one university in Hangzhou was investigated. The questionnaire is included psychological state of college students. Results：400 students were investigated and the students who give an active interest in and understanding of H1N1 influenza was 61.3%. 73.2% of the students used the adjective＂tranquil＇to describe their mind, 59.1% of students feel that they will not be easily contracted H1N1 influenza,40.7% of students were reluctant to accompany sick students to go to the hospital, 11.8% of them were not willing to be iso- lated, 25.8% of them feel safe to return home, 73.8% of them were willing to obey the comprehensive arrangement of the school. Conclusion： College students are easy to be anxiety and depress under group crisis. Schools should adopt effective psychological intervention measures.
