梅雨季节空调工程调试的结露滴水原因与解决措施

The causes and solutions of dripping and dewing in air-conditioning debugging project during plum rain season

在南方地区,常常需在梅雨季节调试空调工程。在调试中普遍出现结露滴水现象,损坏室内装修,影响调试进程。本文以夏热冬冷地区某新建建筑空调工程调试为例,针对工程中传统风机盘管加独立新风系统和干式风机盘管加新风机组空调系统在梅雨季节调试运行时均出现不同程度的结露、滴水现象,分析了其结露、滴水的原因,并研究提出针对梅雨季节调试空调系统结露、滴水现象的解决措施及梅雨季节空调系统运行管理规程。

In southern region of China, air-conditioning projects need debugging in plum rain season. During the debugging process, dripping and dewing in air-conditioning is usual, it is harmful for interior decoration and air-conditioning debugging. In this paper, firstly take the example of a new air-conditioning debugging project in hot summer and cold winter region to show the dripping and dewing issues in FCU＋PAU system and dry fan-coil unit＋ PAU system during plum rain season, secondly analyze the causes of such phenomenon, at last give the solutions for the issues, and also make the management procedures for air-conditioning during plum rain season.
