摘要
作者用致密多晶羟基磷灰石HA加骨形成蛋白(BMP)和少量碘仿的复合材料作为根尖切除术后骨缺损的填充物,同时分别用HA加少量碘仿和用搔刮骨面使新鲜血液充盈骨缺损部为对照,进行一年临床观察发现复合材料填充骨缺损,术后3个月填充物与骨边缘有明显骨小梁形成,6个月骨腔内密度和周围骨组织均匀一致。而对照组6~12个月才开始见填充物边缘有骨小梁形成。说明BMP与HA复合材料具有很强的骨引导作用,利于骨的重建,是一种良好的颌骨腔性骨缺损的填充材料。
The authors take compound material of compact polyerystal hydroxylapatite, bone morpho-genetic protein and a little iodoform as the obturator of bone defect after apicectomy. Meanwhile, respectively use HA plus a little iodoform and the traditional method in which the bone defect should be poured by fresh blood through scrapping the bone surface as the comparisons. Through one year's clinical observation, the authors find out that by using the compound material as the obtuator.the bone ridge has firmed between obturator and the bone border 3 months after operation,and the density in bone cavity has showed no difference with around bone tissue after 6 months. However, the bone ridge has begun to take shape after 6 to 12 months in comparison groups. This study shows that BMP and HA compound material has very strong ability to promote bone forming,and is very useful to bone's reconstruction. This it is a kind of good obturator to jaw bone's cavety defect.
