口腔颌面部血管瘤激素治疗的疗效评价

国内外应用类固醇激素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤疗效报道不一致,在很大程度上与传统分类方法紊乱有关。本研究采用血管瘤和血管畸形的新分类,对31例血管瘤进行口服强的松治疗。根据服药后病变改变大小、颜色深浅变化将疗效分为优、良、中、差。服药前采用放射免疫方法进行血清Es水平测定,来探讨其疗效与血清E2之间的关系。结果表明:口服强的松治疗血管瘤的有效率为74％。强的松疗效优、良、中、差各组间的血清E2水平无显著差异(P>0.05),说明强的松疗效好坏与血清E2水平无关。

The report on effect on hemangiomas treated with steroid was not consistent at home and aboard. The unconsistance was relation with the confused classification of vascular lesions. According to the new classification proposes by Mulliken and Glowacki,31 hemangiomas were treated with prednisone. The effect on hemangiomas was graded excellent,good, fair and poor. A venous blood sample was obtained before the first taking medicine. Serum from these blood samples was assayed for E2. The results revealed that : (1) The effective rate of prednisone for hemangiomas was 74 % . (2 ) There were no significantly difference among serum levels of E2 in each graded group,indicated that the effect of prednisone for hemangiomas does not relate to the serum levels of E2. The serum levels of E2 can not be applied to prejuge the effect.
