目的探讨提高护理人文素质在构建医院文化中的作用及意义。方法介绍我院护理部通过提高护理理念,塑造护理新形象,坚持"以人为本",提升护理服务质量,加强文化核心建设,提高护士的人文素质,促使其主动、积极地为患者提供优质、有效的护理。结果促进了医院文化建设的发展,为医院营造和谐的医疗服务环境和带来巨大的经济效益。结论护理文化是医院文化重要的组成部分,提高护理人文素质在构建医院文化中具有积极作用。

Objective Discussed the enhancement nursing humanities quality to construct in the hospital culture the function and the significance.Methods Introduced my courtyard nursing department through the enhancement nursing idea, the mold nursing image, insisting ＂humanist＂, the promotion nurse service quality, strengthens aspects and so on cultural core construction, improves nurse＇s humanities quality, urges its to provide high quality, effective nursing positively initiative ,for the patient.Results Promoted the hospital cultural reconstruction development, brings the harmonious medical service environment and the huge economic efficiency to the hospital. Conclusions The nursing culture is the hospital culture important constituent, improves the nursing humanities quality to construct in the hospital culture to have the positive role.
