摘要
随着中国电信市场竞争日趋激烈,为了满足市场需求和客户期望,越来越多的通信产品和先进管理手段被引入。流程和融合成为业务运营支撑系统BOSS变革的核心部分,从业务融合到技术融合都体现出了这一点。本文以中国移动浙江分公司业务支撑网运营管理系统建设为案例,研究分析新一代BOSS系统产生的背景和业务需求。探讨如何合理使用NGBOSS技术,促进业务运营水平的提高。
With China's increasingly competitive telecommunications market, in order to meet market demands and customer expectations, a growing number of communications products and advanced management methods were introduced. Processes and integrations become the core ofthe Business Operations Support System (BOSS) revolution. From business integration to technology integration has reflected this. In this paper, we use China Mobile Zhejiang branch's business availability management system as the study case to analysis the background and the business needs of the New Generation of BOSS. Investigate how to properly use the NGBOSS technologies to facilitate the business operations.
