摘要
以Cohn组分Ⅲ为原料，用沉淀法制备凝血酶原，选择胰酶激活之；再加入S／D处理灭活病毒后用CM-纤维素纯化凝血酶。
It was reported that prothrombin was prepared from Cohn fraction Ⅲ by precipitation method of Oncley S/D treatment was incorporated into the scheme to inactivate virus.Trypsin was used to activate prothrombin.Thrombin was further purified with CM-cellulose.
