This paper has discussed the necessity of establishing an electronic teaching and consultation system in university libraries and its feasibility.The paper has investigated the situation of electronic teaching and consultation system in china.On this basis,it points out some existing problems that should be paid attention to during the construction process and puts forward suggestions on the construction of electronic teaching and consultation system in the future.
