通过对天津市农业科技图书馆读者利用率下降原因的分析,提出了应加强图书馆员与读者间的互动意识、加快农民科技书屋建设、提高图书馆员信息素养、加大宣传力度的一系列对策。

By analyzing the cause of the decline of readers’ use efficiency in Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology Library,the author put forward a series of countermeasures,such as strengthening the intercommunion between librarians and readers,the construction of farmer science and technology library,improving the quality of the librarians,strengthening the propaganda of Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology Library.
