从指导思想,基本要求,实施原则、实施依据及实施目标5方面对图书馆实施精细化管理进行了探讨,并对实施过程中的认识问题、主体责任问题、考核指标制定、有效考核问题、部门之间的细化协作等关键问题进行了分析。

This paper has discussed five aspects from the guiding ideology,the basic requirement and prerequisite,the implementation of the principle and objectives of fine management in library,and analysis key issues for implementation of fine management in library,such as misunderstanding,the main responsibility,the development of indicators for evaluation,effective evaluation problems,and precision collaboration between departments.
