Research on the Selection and Qualification of Chief Librarians in Domestic "211 Engineering" Universities

结合目前国内外大学图书馆馆长的选拔模式、任职资格,对我国110所"211工程"大学现任馆长的现状进行分析,提出了我国大学图书馆馆长应有的选拔模式与任职资格。

Through combining the current selection models and qualifications of university library directors in domestic and foreign university libraries with analyzing the current situation of library directors in domestic 110 ＂211 engineering＂ universities,this article puts forward the proper selection model and qualification of domestic university library directors.
