摘要
核心人才是图书馆可持续发展的内在动力,建立核心人才继任的规划管理是图书馆人才战略必然的选择。系统研究了图书馆核心人才继任规划管理的内容,得出继任规划管理必须以图书馆的发展战略分析为基础、岗位评估为方法、人才素质特征模型为依据、选拔与培养为内容、检查与控制为手段等一系列结论。为了保证规划管理的实施,必须采取相应的保障措施。
The core talented person is internal driving force of the library’s sustainable development and the establishment of succession planning management is the inevitable choice of the library’s talent strategy.The papers studies system the succession planning processes and comes to a series of conclusions that it must uses development strategic analysis of the library’ for the basis,job evaluation for the methods,personnel quality feature model as the basis,selection and training as the content,inspection and control as a means.In order to ensure the implementation of planning and management,must take the safeguard measures.
