通过对馆员自我评价的博弈分析,剖析了图书馆绩效评价中馆员自我评价的有效性。指出图书馆在实施馆员自我评价活动时,应从馆员的人性假设、社会文化环境的特点及馆员自我评价的动态变化等多方面综合考虑馆员自我评价的有效性。

Through to librarian self-evaluation gambling analysis,this paper has analyzed the librarian self-evaluation validity in the library achievements evaluation,pointed out that the library should considers the librarian self-evaluation the validity from librarian＇s human nature supposition,the social culture environment characteristic and the librarian self-evaluation dynamic change and so on when implements librarian self-evaluation.
