摘要
医院的科研建设已成为医院的医疗、教学的综合发展方向，根据医院科研建设的需要，提出了医院图书馆参与科研建设的重要性，医院图书馆要为科研建设提供全面的、多层次的文献信息保障和服务。
The scientific research of a hospital has become comprehensive developmental direction of medical work and education. Based on the requirement of scientific research, the author proposed the importance that hospital library participates in the construction of key disciplines. The hospital library should provide all round and multi-layer service of literature information for the scientific research work.
