髋动力锁定钢板治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip locking plate

目的探讨应用锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间不稳定型骨折的疗效。方法对46例不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果46例均获随访,时间6～32个月。髋关节功能按Harris评分标准:优37例,良6例,差3例,优良率为93.5%。结论锁定钢板对股骨转子间不稳定型骨折可提供牢靠固定和稳定性,并发症少。

Objective To evaluate the effect of dynamic hip locking plate for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods 46 cases of unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with dynamic hip locking plate.Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 32 months,averaged 14.7 months.The clinical results were evaluated by the Harris hip scoring system.Among the patients,37 cases were excellent,6 good,and 3 poor,and the excellent and good rate was 93.5%.Conclusions Locking plate for unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures can provide solid and stable fixation with few complication.
