逆行交锁髓内钉及钉板系统治疗股骨下段骨折对膝关节功能干扰的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较不同内固定方法治疗股骨下段骨折对膝关节功能的影响。方法156例股骨下段骨折分别采用钉板系统(动力髁螺钉、股骨远端解剖锁定钢板)固定(68例)和逆行交锁髓内钉固定(88例),对两组的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果156例均获随访,时间6~18个月,膝关节功能评分:逆行带锁髓内钉组优良率94.2%,钉板系统优良率85.3%。结论交锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨下段骨折对膝关节的功能干扰较小。 Objective To compare different fixation methods for the treatment of distal femoral fracture under knee joint function.Methods 156 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated by screw-plate system for 68 cases(dynamic condylar screw,distal femur anatomical locking plate),and retrograde intramedullary nail for 88 cases.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results 156 cases were followed up for 6~18 months.The knee function score in retrograde intramedullary nail group of excellent and good rate was 94.2%,and in screw-plate system,excellent and good rate was 85.3%.Conclusions The function of the knee joint interference in retrograde intramedullary nailing is superior to other methods.
