外阴阴道念珠菌病患者阴道分泌物IL-12和IL-23的检测

The Vaginal Secretion of IL-12 and IL-23 and Its Significance in Varying Degrees of Serious Vulvovaginal Candidiasis Patients

目的探讨细胞因子IL-12和IL-23的表达水平与不同严重程度外阴阴道念珠菌病发病的关系。方法ELISA法检测轻中度、重度各组外阴阴道念珠菌病及复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)患者阴道分泌物中IL-12p70和IL-23p19的表达水平,以正常女性白念珠菌携带者为对照组。结果各组外阴阴道念珠菌病患者的IL-12p70和IL-23p19表达水平均低于对照组,且各组间比较差异均有显著性(F=13.486,P=0.000:F=11.869,P=0.000);组间两两比较,重度外阴阴道念珠菌病组和RVVC组IL-12p70的水平均低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=2.243,P=0.035;t=3.397,P=0.000);RVVC组IL-23p19的水平低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=3.289,P=0.000)。结论IL-12和IL-23的表达异常可能与外阴阴道念珠菌病的发病、病情严重程度和复发有关。

Objective To detect the secretion level of interleukin-12（IL-12） and interleukin-23（IL-23） in the vaginal of vulvovaginal candidiasis patients and to investigate their relationship with the pathogenesis of varying degree of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods The level of the IL-12p70 and IL-23p19 in the vaginal secretion from vulvovaginal candidiasis patients were detected by ELISA and compared with that from normal controls. Results The vaginal secretion level of IL-12 p70 and IL-23p19 in varying degree of serious vulvovaginal candidiasis were lower than that in normal control group and there were statistical differences between the four groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of IL-12 p70 in severe vulvovaginal eandidiasis group and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis group were lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the level of IL-23 p19 in recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal secretion of the IL-12 and IL-23 cytokines might participate in the pathogenesis, severity and the recrudescence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
