摘要
患儿男,8岁。左手背部被猫抓后反复起皮疹2个月,左腋下淋巴结肿大1个月。诊断:猫抓病。予口服罗红霉素片,外涂莫匹罗星软膏,皮疹及肿大淋巴结逐渐消退,随访1月无复发。
The patient is a eight years old boy, he got rash on the back of the left hand within 2 months,aml got swollen lymph nodes in the left axilla within 1 month. Diagnosis： Cat-Scratch Disease. The patient took orally roxithromycin tablets and coated with mupirocin unguent,the rash and swollen lymph nodes disappeared without recrudescence for 1 month.
