泛发性脓疱性银屑病的治疗和护理体会

Therapy and Nursing Experience of Patients with Generalized Pustulosar Psoriasis

目的探讨泛发性脓疱性银屑病治疗和护理的最佳方法。方法106例住院的泛发性脓疱性银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(54例)及对照组(52例),治疗组予0.1%依沙吖啶溶液湿敷脓疱,脓疱消散后用0.2%呋喃西林软膏涂擦2次/d;对照组予生理盐水湿敷脓疱,脓疱消散后用凡士林膏外搽2次/d,在予甘草酸二胺、甲砜霉素胶囊及对症支持治疗的基础上进行心理护理、健康教育及不同的皮肤护理方法。结果治疗组的有效率为88.88%,对照组为78.84%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论及时有效的治疗和皮肤护理可以提高泛发性脓疱性银屑病的疗效,缩短疗程。

Objective To explore a better way of the treatment and nursing to generalized pustulosar psoriasis （GPP）. Methods One hundred and six patients were divided into two groups at random. One was the treatment group （54 cases） ,the other was the control（52 cases）. On the base of taking diammonium glycyrrhizinate, thiamphenicol capsules and treating with supportive care, the patients also got mental nursing, health education and different nursing ways. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.88%, while the control was 78.84%, Obviously the effect of the first group was better than the second. There was obvious difference between the two groups on effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Timely, effective and reasonable treatment and skin nursing can certainly shorten the course of treatment and improve the curative effect of Gpp.
