急性社会心理应激对寻常型银屑病患者外周血IL-8和IL-18的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价急性社会心理应激对寻常型银屑病患者外周血单核细胞分泌细胞因子的影响。方法:在社会应激测试(TSST)前10 min和测试后1、10、20、60min采集患者和健康对照者外周血,分离培养外周血单核细胞,用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测培养上清液中IL-8和IL-18的含量。结果:TSST测试后20min外周血单核细胞培养上清液中IL-18的含量升高(P<0.05)。结论:急性社会心理应激可引起寻常型银屑病患者外周血单核细胞分泌IL-18的增加,这可能是社会心理应激使银屑病发生和加重的部分中介机制。 Objective: To evaluate the impact of acute psychosocial stress on the cytokine of patients with psoriasis walgaris (PsV). Methods: PsV patients (n = 30) and healthy controls (n = 30) were exposed to a standardized laboratory stressor ("trier social stress test", TSST). Blood samples were collected 10 min before and 1 rain, 10 rain, 20 rain, and 60 min after the TSST. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated by Ficoll method and cultured. The supernatants were harvested for IL- 8 and IL- 18 measurement with sandwich ELISA method. Results: At 20 rain after exposure to the TSST, the levels of IL- 18 were increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Acute psychosocial stress can stimulate the PBMCs of the patients to produce IL - 18, which maybe one of the potentials in triggering psoriatic eruption and progression of the disease.
