心脏X综合征患者焦虑抑郁情况调查分析

An investigation of depressive and anxiety symptoms among cardiac X-syndrome patients

目的:调查分析心脏X综合征患者伴发焦虑、抑郁的情况,为心理干预和药物治疗提供依据。方法:选用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查132例CSX患者,统计焦虑、抑郁发病情况,与我国常模进行比较,并从不同文化程度及医疗保险归属方面进行影响分析。结果:CSX患者伴有焦虑和(或)抑郁高达68.9%;SAS评分、SDS评分与我国常模比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),不同文化程度、医疗保险归属之间的SAS、SDS评分比较,亦有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:CSX患者多数伴发焦虑和(或)抑郁,且受文化程度和医疗保险归属的影响。

AIM： To investigate psychosocial factors such as depression and anxiety of some cardiac X- syndrome patients and to offer some suggestions for psychological intervention and drug therapy for these patients. METHODS： Zung＇s self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to assess the depressive and anxiety symptoms among 132 cardiac X-syndrome patients. Effects of educational level and medical insurance assignment were also explored. RESULTS： The prevalence rate of depressive and anxiety symptoms of cardiac X-syndrome patients was 68.9%. SAS and SDS scores of patients with cardiac X-syndrome were significantly higher compared with Chinese norms （P 〈 0. 01 ） and SAS and SDS scores were significantly different in cardiac X-syndrome patients of different educational levels and medical insurance assignments （P 〈0. 01 and P 〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Most cardiac X- syndrome patients suffer from anxiety and depression, which are influenced by patients＇educational level and medical insurance assignment.
