Ghrelin/obestatin系统与心血管疾病研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 Ghrelin与多种心血管疾病及其危险因素密切相关,且其异常可能是相关疾病的发病机制之一。Preproghrelin除可产生ghrelin外,还可产生另外一种多肽即obestatin,而且二者的某些生理作用完全相反。Ghrelin/obestatin系统与心血管疾病的关系是一个具有重要意义的研究领域,值得进一步深入研究。本文就这一领域的研究进展进行了综述。
