视黄酸信号与胚胎心脏发育的关系 被引量:2

摘要 视黄酸(RA)是维生素A的代谢产物,在胚胎发育中起着重要的作用,对RA信号的研究已经成为发育生物学研究领域的热点之一。心脏发育过程中,主要包括:心脏原基的出现、心管形成、左右不对称发育、心脏环化、腔室形成、内流系统形成及传导系统发生等阶段。本文从心脏不同发育阶段着手,综述了国内外对RA信号影响心脏发育的最新研究进展,为先天性心脏病的防治提供线索。
