摘要 目的:利用高强度聚焦超声(Highintensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)设计及建立骨骼肌失神经萎缩动物模型。方法:实验兔共计12只,利用HIFU损伤实验动物一侧坐骨神经,与另一侧比较。1周,2周和4周后观察坐骨神经组织病理学改变及腓肠肌和比目鱼肌萎缩变化,并综合评价。结果:所有实验动物辐照侧均发生神经损伤症状,各辐照侧坐骨神经发生变性,腓肠肌和比目鱼肌与对照侧比较均萎缩。结论:利用HIFU建立骨骼肌失神经萎缩动物模型的方法可行、有效。 Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the possibility and the safety to make use of image -guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to establish the skeletal muscle denervated atrophy models. Methods: One of sciatic nerves of 12 rabbits was treated by HIFU, under the guidance of ultrasound imaging. The other side was control group. The observation time was 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after HIFU treatment. The thickness?of soleus muscle was measured by B-mode ultrasonography. The weight of gastrocnemius muscles and soleus muscle was measured. Histological analysis of gastrocnemius muscles and nerve sections at the HIFU site were performed. Results: All the rabbits had taken place in the obvious symptoms of claudication. The soleus muscle and gastrocnemius muscle from the treated group were atrophy. Thesciatic nerves at the HIFU site showed degeneration by histologic. Conclusion: It is safe and realistic to use HIFU to establish the skeletal muscle denervated atrophy models.
