摘要
在创新集群内涵基础上引入知识溢出熵作为集群生命周期划分标准和分析依据,从内部知识溢出要素有序性视角研究了集群各个发展阶段的特点,给出了各阶段特点和定量跃迁条件与路径。较之传统生命周期研究方法更加强调了创新集群技术创新驱动的本质和知识溢出的重要作用。
In this paper, the connotation of Innovative Clusters has been expounded; knowledge spillover in the Innovative Clusters was employed sparingly as the criteria of Clusters life cycle. The life cycle stage of Innovative Clusters was studied from the system Knowledge Spillover elements view, the entropy of the Innovative orderliness of and the characteristics and jump conditions of life cycle stage of Innovative Clusters has been provided. Compared with the traditional methods, this paper emphasizes innovation-driven nature of Innovative Clusters, the important promoting role of knowledge spillovers, provides a new approach to the study on the life cycle process of Innovative Clusters.
