Tacit Knowledge Transform and Flow with a Perspective of the Knowledge Availability

隐性知识在现代知识管理实践中被认为是最有价值的战略性资源,是决定企业技术创新能力高低的根本原因。为了研究隐性知识转移和溢出的交流机制,基于知识获取性的视角提出了一个知识转化途径的概念性模型,并在知识所有者意愿性或非意愿性交流知识的基础上,区分了知识转移和知识溢出模式,提出了个体之间、组织之间、区域之间三个层面的知识流转。

Tacit knowledge is more important strategic resource and can play more significant role in technology innovation of firms. In order to analyze the exchange mechanism of tacit knowledge transfer and spillover, this article proposes a conceptual model with the knowledge availability and distinguishes the knowledge spillover and knowledge transfer based on the knowledge holder＇s intentional or unintentional knowledge exchange. The article puts forward three levels of knowledge flow including individual level, organizational level and regional level at every possible boundary of knowledge exchange .
