摘要
充分考虑创新型科技人才发展对自身的阻滞作用及区域核心竞争力提升对其发展的促进作用,构建创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力系统的动态演化模型,对区域创新型科技人才结构进行动态分析,研究模型的平衡点及其稳定性问题,从而得到模型的稳定结点,即创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力发展的最优态势,并对区域创新型科技人才结构发展演化态势进行了结构仿真,研究系统中创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力相互依存、相互作用的共生演化现象。
Taking full account of the retardative effect of the technology innovation talents development itself and the promotion effect of the regional core competence, this paper constructs a dynamical evolution model of technology innovation talents and regional core competence system to take dynamic analysis of the technology innovation talents development, to find stable point of the model which is and the regional core competence, then gets the the best the paper equilibrium points and studies the point stability problem situation of the technology innovation talents development makes structural simulation of evolvement trend of the technology innovation talents development to study the intergrowth phenomenon of the interdependence and interaction, it will provide effective quantitative supports for the region to make the technology innovation talents strategy.
