摘要
以水热法、用钛酸丁酯和二乙醇胺为原料、在160℃保温4小时合成了TiO2纳米颗粒。在pH值约为2时通过静电吸引把TiO2涂覆在硅藻土表面形成TiO2-硅藻土复合材料,并用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和差热示差扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了其性能。TiO2是近正方形的、分散良好的锐钛矿晶体,其颗粒大小约为15nm。TiO2均匀的、牢固的附着在硅藻土的表面上,其TiO2/硅藻土质量比为1:10。TiO2-硅藻土复合材料具有良好的光催化性能,在紫外光照射下100g复合材料用3h可使10ml浓度为20mg/L的甲基橙水溶液完全降解。
TiO2 nanoparticles were hydrothermally synthesized at 160℃ for 4h using tetrabutyl titanate and diethanolamine. TiO2 - diatomite composites were prepared by coating TiO2 sol on diatomite at pH value of ca. 2. TiO2 and its composites were investigated by transmission electron microscope(TEM) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) and differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ). TiO2 was anatase - type, near square and dispersive in the size of about 15nm. TiO2 was mounted uniformly with TiO2/diatomite mass ratio of 1 : 10 on the diatomite with strong bonds. TiO2 - diatomite composites owned good photocatalytic performance to deeolorize methyl orange, lOml of 20mg/L aqueous methyl orange was decolorized by 100mg TiO2 -diatomite composites in 3h under UV light irradiation.
