中药保留灌肠配合频谱照射治疗慢性盆腔炎156例

Chronical Pelvic Inflammation(156 cases) Tread with Chinese Herbs to Take Retention-ene-ma and Irradiation of Frequency Spectrum

根据湿热蕴结下焦、气滞血淤所致症瘕之病机，运用清热解毒、活血祛淤的中药保留灌肠，配合频谱照射，治疗慢性盆腔炎１５６例，痊愈 １１６例，好转 ３５例，无效 ５例，总有效率为９６．８％。提示中药灌肠与频谱照射合用可促进局部血液循环，改善新陈代谢，加快炎症吸收。

According to the pathogenesis that mass is caused by retention of dampness-heat with stagnancy of Qi and blood in the lower warmmer, the therapy that Chinese herbs of clearing away dampness -heat and promoting blood circulation to take reten- tion-enema with irradiation of frequency spectrum was applied to treat 156 patients suffered from chroni- cal pelvic inflammation. The result showed that 116 were cured, 35 better and 5 ineffective. The total ef- fective rate was 96. 8%. It is suggested this therapy can be used to improve blood circulation and metabolism.
