安顺市民族中学学生心理健康状况调查分析

Survey on the Mental Health of the Students of Anshun National Middle School

目的:了解安顺市民族中学学生心理健康状况,为顺利开展心理健康教育提供科学有力的依据。方法:采用《中学生心理健康量表》,本量表由中国科学学院王极盛教授编写,用随机分层整群抽样抽取安顺市民族中学高中3个年级660名学生进行心理测验。结果:(1)我校的学生中50.6%的心理健康状况良好,49.4%的存在一定的心理健康问题;(2)学生的心理健康问题着重体现焦虑、人际关系敏感与紧张、情绪不稳定等因子水平上。结论:该校高中学生有一定比例的人存在心理健康问题,应进一步加强学生心理健康教育,以适应学生素质教育的需要。

Aims： To investigate the current situation of the students＇mental health and furnish scientific evidence for successfully carrying on mental health education. Methods： the ＂ Mental Health Scale for the Middle School Studonts＂ by Pro. Wang Ji - sheng from Chinese Academy of Science, is used in the mental test for 660 students from the three grades of Anshun National Middle School by random sampling. Results ： （ 1 ） 50.6% students in our school is healthy anti 49.4% students have some problems. （2） The factors of their problems are： anxiety, interpersonal sonsitivity and emotional instability. Conclusion： Some students in this school have mental health problems. SC the mental health education is needed for the adoption of the quality education.
