摘要
虚拟仪器具有使用方便、成本低、开发性强等特点,近年来在测控领域得到了广泛的应用.介绍了一台基于虚拟仪器技术的成本低廉、结构简单的Bezier工件CAM系统的设计原理、控制方法和系统构造,该系统极大地提高了产品的质量和生产效率,对设计和研制类似CAM系统具有较高的参考价值.
Virtual instruments are applied comprehensively in measurement and control field because of the advantages of convenience, low cost, good exploitation. This paper introduce a new CAM system based on virtual instrumentation technology, which has the low cost and simple structure. The design principle, control method and system structure are addressed in detail. This CAM system improves the product quality and production efficiency dramatically, which can also be used in the design and development of similar CAM system.
