中西医结合治疗下肢慢性化脓性骨髓炎445例

Chronical Suppurative Osteomyelitis on Lower Limbs(445 cases) Treated with Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

采用清热解毒、消肿排脓、化腐生肌及补骨益髓等方法，内服骨炎汤，外用骨炎丹和复方骨炎液纱条，结合病灶清除术和使用抗生素治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎４４５例，结果一次性住院治愈４３９例达９８．７％，总治愈率为１００％，较单纯中医或西医治疗效果更为显著，疗程明显缩短。提示本方法有非常显著的疗效。

445 cases of chronical sup- purative osteomyelitis(CSO ) were treated with the therapy of taking oral and external Chinese medicine combined with antibiotic and clearing operation. The result showed that 439 cases were cured in first hospitalization(make up 98.7% ). The total curative rate was 100%. It is suggested this therapy to treat CSO is very good.
