阳江高本底辐射对居民机体MGMT基因和T-AOC的影响

Effect of high radiation on MGMT gene and T-AOC of inhabitants in Yangjiang City

目的探讨广东阳江天然放射性高本底辐射地区(HBRA)居民MGMT基因水平和抗氧化能力的改变。方法选择阳江高本底辐射地区(HBRA)的53名50～59岁男性居民作为研究对象,对照人群选择恩平市横陂镇(CA)出生并长大男性居民。利用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)测定外周血中O6-甲基鸟嘌呤甲基转移酶(MGMT)基因表达水平,用化学比色法血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的含量。结果HBRA和CA人群外周血有核细胞中MGMT基因的表达水平分别为0.585±0.319、0.414±0.365,血清中T-AOC含量分别为(28.81±6.36)μ/ml、(11.41±3.78)μ/ml。与CA组相比,HBRA组人群该两项指标检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高本底辐射对居民MGMT基因和抗氧化有影响。

Objective To survey the expression level of MGMT （of 06 methylguanine-DNA methyltransferas）and content of T-AOC （total antioxygen capacity）in 53 male inhabitants aged 50-59 years old in Yangjiang City were surveyed. Methods Expression level of MGMT and content of T-AOC were determined by using RT-PCR and chemical colorinmetric methods,respectively. Results In high readiation,expression level of MGMT was （0.585±0.319）and （0.414±0.365）,content of T-AOC was （28.81±6.36）μ/ml and （11.41±3.78）μ/ml,respectively. Compared to CA,expression level of MGMT and content of T-AOC increased significantly in HBRA （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronix exposure to natural high background radiation can effect expression of MGMT gene and content of T-A OC.
