摘要 通过光学测量设备ATOS,对摩托车覆盖件进行三维数据检测,可以快速有效地解决塑料件变形影响装配的问题,为塑料件模具修复提供了依据,同时为新品塑料件产品检测提供了一套科学的方法和流程,对摩托车塑料覆盖件今后设计有一定的指导作用,也为其他相关单位的曲面零件检测提供了非常有效的实施途径。 A three-dimentional inspection for motorcycle coverings was conducted using the optical measuring instrument-ATOS, which can effectively and quickly solve the problem of affecting the assembling due to plastic deformation and offer the gist for repairing the dies for plastic parts and also provide a set of scientific methods and the flow process for inspecting new plastic products. The inspection will play a guiding role in the future design of plastic coverings for motorcycles.
